Diverse Minds

Diverse Minds is a group focused on working with neurodivergent clients at the Institute for Life Renovation. Individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or severe attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are eligible to participate in the group. Sessions will cover topics such as self-care, boredom, rigidity, managing sensory needs, emotion regulation skills, and understanding/requesting support or accommodations. In addition, there will be the opportunity to request additional topics to better tailor the group to the specific needs of the members. Group members will be able to engage in discussions with other neurodivergent individuals within a supportive, affirming environment.
