Exercise as an antidepressant—according to science

Meta analytics studies now show a very large and statistically significant antidepressant effect when examining exercise and activity for the management of depression. Yes, motivation to do it can be a bit tricky. Psychologists are often a good resource for improving motivation for making behavioral changes, including exercise.
